Had battery changed on Mini countryman. Returned after an hour and they were still working on it. Then they said that there was a battery warning "Battery discharged. Start Engine" on it that they didn't know how to get rid of. They did offer to look at it again on Monday but it is stressful wondering whether they can fix it or not. Batteries used to be as routine as tyre changes but it seems that with the computers and sensors on them they aren't as easy as they were. I doubt I'll bother again with this branch , however, as another review from a couple of months back indicates the same problem with the same car as ours. I'd have thought after that incident they would have spent time to understand how to properly reset the computer on a mini countryman after a battery change. So I'd say I was disappointed overall.Service: Battery
Took my car to fit one of the headlight bulbs as I wasn't able to myself, it's in a very awkward position. The staff were incredibly fast, friendly and informative regarding the matter. I would definitely recommend visiting this branch.
I cannot express how happy I am with the service! I have used a backstreet garage for years but just was so unhappy with the service I chose to enquire elsewhere. I AM SO HAPPY I WALKED INTO HALFORDS AND BOOKED MY REPAIR! the service was amazing, prices are good and the team at morden are so approachable and friendly! I had a few issues and they went above and beyond to help me. I cannot recommend enough! A big thank you to Donna at the desk, Gary and the mechanic Eddie forgive me if I have got the names wrong Thank you for incredible service and I can assure you I will be using you from now on

Car was booked for service at 8.30am and was not completed until 4.30pm. Receptionist however kept me informed about the delays and was very customer service foccused . The overall service was good and I returned to have a further service from them.

Recently got new tyres fitted here. Eventhough I was disappointed at first to find out that the suppliers had messed up, meaning they couldn't be fitted on my schuduled day meaning a tasted trip; Gary was very friendly and professional and dealt with the situation well. He gives off a good and knowledgeable vibe. New tyres now fitted and would be happy to return here for more work on my car Service: Tires
