Mark recently did a remortgage for me. He was so knowledgeable and his advice was spot on. The whole process took a month with Mark keeping in touch throughout. Professional definitely, efficient too but as importantly a thoroughly decent and nice guy.

From start to finish Mark has been outstanding. Without his help I would not of even known I was able to move by renting my house. All the little questions I've had were answered. I am truly grateful for all the help and advice. We were on a deadline to have everything in place within 6 weeks but Mark was a real star and got us there. Great Service!

We used Cheam Financial Planning to advise us on getting a mortgage to buy our first property. We received excellent advice and were really happy with the service. As first time buyers we felt that everything was clearly explained and we were able to call/email any questions at any time and always got a quick response. The stressful process of buying a house and organising a mortgage was made much easier by Cheam Financial planning. I would recommend this company to others.

I have used Cheam Financial Planning multiple times now, and each time I have been impressed with the level of service provided. I have always been kept informed throughout the mortgage application process, and Mark has always gone above and beyond to arm me with enough information to make an informed decision. Mark has provided fast turnarounds when I have needed it and this has always been done in a professional manner. Cheam has made a normally stressful experience pleasant and stress free! I would strongly recommend Cheam Financial Planning and will certainly be using them again in the future.
