I have all of my financial holdings run through Elm Financial. I went with the company firstly for both life and critical injury insurance. This cover was perfect for my needs and was explained and managed with full clarity to myself. I could have asked for a better service. This why I decide to put the rest of my financial issues all through Tristan and his team. My investments have been extremely profitable. Knowing Tristan's back ground and service was a key selling point for myself. Both himself and his whole time and extremely knowledgeable and humble in their approach to their interaction with clients. I have recommend the Elm Financial to in excess of 100 people in the time I have been with them and will continue to do so.

We first came into contact with a Mr Jim Bolus some 15 years ago who to this day continues to organise our financial affairs, who throughout has been exceptional in his level of customer service in breaking down the complicated world of finance for those like us who get confused.
His advice and management of saving funds, pensions, investments and alike has made life so much easier.
Always on hand either via email, by phone or a home visit to provide us with advice when needed.
We cannot thank Jim enough for the effort he has put in on our behalf throughout the years, an all round honest genuine financial advisor who I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I was referred to Elm through a work colleague and initially wanted advice and support to setup a personal pension. In the subsequent 5 year period I have used Elm for all of my personal wealth management requirements, ranging from ISA accounts, to the creation of tailored growth investments, mortgage advice, etc. The firm has a personal  and professional approach with a clear focus on putting their clients first. As a truly independent source of financial advice and support, Tristan and his team have responded to questions and requests on the same day -  meaning that critical decisions and transactions can be completed on time and at the best rate.

As our financial advisor Tristan has provided expert advice and support with all financial matters including numerous insurance policies and pension support for many years for me and my family. All investments seem to outperform all expectations and the hands-on attitude inspires confidence. I have always received very comprehensive support in a clear and helpful manner that made financial matters easy to understand and evaluate, this with Tristan's guidance and personal care gives true confidence and reassurance when facing financial decisions.
I always recommend Tristan to friends and colleagues as the results he produces are considerable, a true professional.

Being a bit of a 'serial networker', I've met many IFAs over the years, but none that have explained the differences between current policies and proposed policies in such a clear and concise manner. It was extremely easy to read through and decide on my options with Tristan's help.

Having all of my financial affairs managed by Tristan since 2011 (ISA and investments, Critical & Life, Pension, Income Protection and Private Health), and benefiting from his advice and support, has put me in a far better position financially and I cannot rate him and the team at Elm highly enough. A breath of fresh air...
