I love my drinks, we had Thai Milk and Tito pudding. Though I looking forward to try, “The Tropical Trio”, which is not available in this location for now. The only thing I dislike is their washroom is not clean. But service was good and fast.
I really enjoy their bubble tea but unfortunately I will be finding a new place for bubble tea. When I was in the store last week I have my baby in his car seat. The way the store is set up I could not get to where the line began. Due to the inaccessibility of the store I stood by the front instead. One person came in behind me and I would have gladly let them go but they saw I was there first and waved my ahead. The employee was very rude to me and told me the line started over there. I stated that I knew but couldn’t get by with my baby’s car seat. She rolled her eyes at me and looked at the other customer who again said it was fine to serve me first. If you’re store is not accessible do not be rude to those who do what they need to do to make it work. Cha time: make your store accessible for everyone and train your employees better. This is unacceptable.
Decent bubble tea places. The first large bubble tea franchise in London if I recall. Other franchises such as Coco's came much later. Quality is still decent but their prices have certainly gone up over the years. I would not recommend if you only want cheap, simple or basic bubble tea, but they have a very large menu of different drinks you can choose from Very extensive.
I had pickup order for Uber Eats but I have not experienced service like this. I casually entered the store with phone in my hand as soon as I entered guy at the counter directly asked me order for ___ . And I was like Do you really assume that an Indian Guy is only there for Uber Pickup? First time this happened to me at this place.
It is the second time that the male cashier did our orders wrong. We double checked every time before we payed but he still got us wrong order. He even ordered extra item that we didn't ask for. My friend payed by card but they didn't refund on card. And the changes they returned was less than what they charged. We will not go to this place again.
I love their original Milk tea with QQ, it's nice coz you gotta pick how sweet you want and if you want less or more Ice on it, I think the price is reasonable
I love chatime milk teas and matcha red bean smoothie! Minus one star for playing music too loudly. It also takes a fair bit of time 5-10 minutes? to make a drink. I'll check from outside for the business inside and if there's a long line up, I give up and turn around unless I really want one.
I love bubble tea. This is the place where I first tried it back in 2018. Still going there. They have a bunch of variety. I just find it a lil expensive $$. Hence 4 stars. The quality is amazing tho.
tea doesn't taste strong enough, bubble was too hard which usually means the bubble is chilled for too long. Interior decoration was great
The variety of drinks is good even though I always get the same thing
