Great traditional Japanese lunch with a side of roasted matcha bubble tea. This was perfection. Made fast. Delicious and at a good price. We will be back for sure!Food: 5/5
Highly recommend the bubble waffles! Very delicious and looks extremely good as well! Was a little busy last time I visited on a weekend, so make sure you get there early or go during a week day to avoid a little wait if you can.
It's closing it's time at the boxpark by the end of april 2019. If you do get a chance to go, they have pretty good bubble tea and a wide variety of bubble waffle flavours including vegan options! The staff are quite friendly as well.
Great selection of waffles .. taste as good as good as the look .. great vegan selection too . Try and go at non peak times as the queue at the box park can be crazy long .. well what do you expect for the tastiest waffles in London .. enjoy xx
This place was recommended to me by a friend, I had intended to get only Bubble Tea but I was enticed by the bubble waffles too! Gosh darn my sweet tooth!!! The tea and waffle were excellent. Service was good & I had no queue when I went. Your order is made fresh so no stale tea or food. The shop is small but clean and you can see them preparing your order which I like. I had lychee black tea with tapioca & lychee popping balls, the waffle is Queen Berry - with Salted Caramel ice cream it was absolutely amazing, the waffle is like the cone for the ice cream and it's served warm so beware of drips and leaks! All in all I loved it & would go back again & again.

Tasty egg waffle cones with a wide variety of toppings, they also serve cooked food on the other side but I am yet to try. The best bubble tea
It's located on the top floor! Shared seating area available. Great selection of bubble tea flavours 25ish and bubble waffle fillings!
Crisp and tasty bubble waffle, good amount of filling but the vanilla ice cream wasn’t the greatest - think it was cheaper quality from how it tasted.
Friendly staff, the waffles are great and the fresh berries were soooo good with the whipped cream
