Tried their flagship product gold foil rose brown sugar boba. It was definitely worth the hype. Not an everyday drink but must try once. The pearls were very fresh and softer than I ever tried anywhere else. Service was good and quick. Definitely try their other drinks.
Best bubble tea in London! As an avid drinker of bubble tea, I have had my fair share of boba from many different stores and the brown sugar boba milk here is the best I have drank by far!! Would definitely recommend and is great value for money at around £5 for a taste of heaven.
First time visiting. Ordered the brown sugar pearl milk with bobos, if you add 50p you can large it, but you can't adjust the sweetness or ice! Server was pretty friendly with. us Love the quick service and turnaround. Pearls were softer and tastier than any other places I have tried, although it would be nice to have more brown sugar taste around the edges. There's also a fortune telling area, where you select your stick with a number then open the box to see your fortune is! Goof fun. Will visit again!
we had the brown sugar milk boba : the pearls were topnotch, they’re the perfect texture, they’ve got the nicest chew, super good super fresh. even the milk itself tasted nice. i asked for the brown sugar to be extra toasted/burnt yummm. the foam topping isn’t much tho so it doesn’t change the drink much. would be great if there were more foam!
I tried the golden foil rose bubble tea, looks great but the taste wasn’t as I would expect. The milk wasn’t powdered so it was over powering the taste. Using real milk in bubble teas hasn’t been so good.
Decent bubble tea with good service. Was our first time visiting. Ordered regular biscoff brown sugar pearl milk with bobos, and no ice. Quick and friendly service. Agree with some of the other reviews in that the pearls are definitely softer and tastier than any other places I have tried. They don't have a warm milk/drink option. Would happily visit again if in the area.

Excellent bubble tea and the brown sugar is the best. Does queue on occasion as so popular on social media but they hand out buzzers so you can wait outside. Taste is fantastic and beats common chain bubble tea places hands-down! Thanks.
The worse boba I have ever had in my life! I ordered brown sugar boba milk on 25/2 night. The boba is super soft and overcooked instead of a chewy one. I guess because I came just 30 mins before the shop closing so they didn't cook some new boba which is ridiculous. It doesn't cost £4.7 for some not fresh boba. However, the pairs of milk and brown sugar is great as always! Was my first time trying Xing Fu Tang in the UK but I was disappointed.
BEST BOBA IN LONDON! Seriously, the tastiest, chewiest most fantastic boba in London. The brown sugar had complex bitter notes to it, like a good caramel should. It worked so well with the sweetness. I have a new favourite spot.
