Had a fantastic experience buying a used car from Charters recently. Danny couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and the whole process was so simple. This guy really did go out of his way to make things so easy without being pushy at all - thank you! I will definitely recommend you without hesitation.

What can I say my experience has been extremely positive, after a rain soaked day looking at used cars I arrived at Charters Reading and after a brief look Danny came out of the showroom and asked if he could help. Sounds normal but of all the other places I visited Danny was the only one to brave the rain! We ended up doing a deal on a 308SW and I couldn’t be happier, after collection I noticed a few minor issues and after calling Danny I brought the car back in to Charters Reading the following day for investigation and repair. I can happily say that Peugeot has come on leaps and bounds in terms of quality and customer care since my last experience with a 307 (that’s another story). Well done Danny, well done Charters Reading and well done Peugeot...thankyou

I have been a Charters customer for15 years and have always found their service to be excellent - both services and car sales. Have just exchanged a Peugeot 206 for a 208 and again received excellent and friendly service from Iqram. Would not hesitate to recommend Charters of Reading to anyone looking for new/used cars.

We have had 4 Peugeot cars from Charters. Numerous services. I cannot fault this garage. Staff are efficient, polite and they are a pleasure to deal with. Top marks. Keep it up. We will be back for another Peugeot for sure.

I recently needed to update my car and bought a convertible from Charters in Reading. I found the staff relaxed, courteous and well-presented, and the service was designed to take the hassle out of changing all the car documentation etc. Products and services were also offered without any "hard sell" making us more likely to recommend and use this garage in the future. This garage really seem to care about their customers, after sales satisfaction and the quality of service they provide.
