Terrible! Called them out twice, they told us the boiler needed replacing. Got a second opinion (thank goodness) and it was just a frozen pipe! What a rip off! Avoid like the plague!!!

Totally different experience from the one other review.   Gas boiler leak discovered 8 am. Chaps engineer here by 9 am.   Boiler stripped and problem demonstrated to me.   Needed boiler replacement.   Quote same day.  Delivery and installation 2 days later.   All completed with minimum disruption; all debris cleared and disposed of.

Excellent service! Had a water leak coming through my ceiling. Spoke to the office who were very helpful on telling me where to turn the water off. Engineer arrived within the hour and repaired the leak within 30 minutes.
