Nice shop and selection - the girls are obviously finding their retail feet with the shop being a few months old, but they seemed very helpful and friendly.  Great to see a big name high-street retailer in Henley.

PS - From what I can decipher from reading 'wendy morley'  badly written review I think she may have the wrong shop as to my knowledge you don't book to shop there, there is a very small eyebrow bar, but I can't see why you would take time off work and visit multiple times (and arrive late for appointments) and  then blame Superdrug?!  It just doesn't ring true.

Its allright some staff are out right arrogant and moody but some are nice i have seen better places with better prices and more selection of products and not to be affensive alot of chavs hang around there

Looks great.   Service dreadful staff need some customer care training no body could care less 
Book to have treatment 10amThursday 21st Dec got the time off work drove there parked a nightmare arrived to be told oh her train is delayed she is late , ok what time will she be here bemused looks we don’t know ok do I wait or try to re book. , can you ask her to call me to rebook I have to  drive back to work , ok took my number waiting waiting. Nothing ! So go in on Friday she apologies did not come in all day !!! So I rebook for 2 35 that day. I am10mins Late she is not there I a: told she has gone on a break. 20 mins late she arrives said I was waiting  for you i explained the reason I was late she disappears through the door and 20mins later has still not re appeared absolutely disgraceful I would have been a good customer and told my family and friends. If you are going to provide this service get is right I am so annoyed and let down never ,had this before. The staff in the store have no idea get a decent manage4 in and sort it out
