Awful place the staff really can't' treat you right I went in and no one would help me. I looked at the products and a women finally showed me some and I didn't like anything she showed me and I said I don't think it's what I'm looking for a she was very rude to me and said I didn't know what I was talking about! I left and didn't buy anything because the staff were bad treat me right and make a sale if u don't I will order online!

My lovely mother in law gave me a voucher because I wanted to update my makeup. I was so looking forward to our visit to Space NK. I explained when I arrived that I wanted new eye makeup but wasn't sure what. They were promoting a stick version for eyes and asked if I would like to try them. I said of course I would try anything. A young woman did my eyes but it did not flatter me at . I said that I appreciated how she had applied it but I did not think the product was right for me. She became quite aggressive and rude. I started apologising and feeling embarrassed. Then a more senior member of staff came over. She joined in and I felt like I was being berated. I felt really intimidated and kept apologising. My mother in law diplomatically stepped in and they tried something else. I agreed to buy it just so I could leave. Going to Space NK should be a lovely treat but I felt intimidated and teary when I left. Shame on them for making a woman feel like that about something so personal.

I used to work in Henley and once was a returning customer here. In comparison to the service I have received in other stores, the staff were very rude. Go to Marlow or Beaconsfield.
