Local fantastic service. Extremely helpful, fitting me in at the last minute getting dress alterations done and also fitted my partners suit with such short notice and little turn around time. Very friendly staff going above and beyond their duty to help and advise. Really pleased with the alterations and would highly recommend their services.

Awful customer service and overall finish quality of the blazer is not up to scratch for the amount of money paid. I have bought two blazers from Collier and Robinson. One the buttons fell off nearly immediately upon fastening them and the other was delivered without the inner lining sewn properly. For ~250 pounds each, these mistakes are inexcusable.

Awful service, extremely rude owner. Took twice as long as they said they would, didn't keep me updated and made me feel like they were doing me a favour. My blazer still looks ridiculous, including wonky sleeves and now i'm going to have to find someone who isn't incompetent to fix it in a rush.
