Being a private lettings company, they handled my application personally, paying attention to my unique circumstances, instead of simply being seen as paperwork. If every agent was like this, people would find more homes than simply houses. They work quickly and effectively and it's worth asking them for advice since they'll go above and beyond to help. They have a diverse portfolio available to all manner of people, circumstances and backgrounds. I've had a good experience with them having found the best property we've ever had in the United Kingdom. The whole experience allowed me to feel house proud. Well done and thank you.

All the staff I have dealt with have been professional, friendly and informative. Courteous at all times and ready with advice. My experience from booking a viewing to moving in was very easy and comfortable. Rang in with a boiler fault after a few days but  was dealt with quickly by their Estates dept. No hesitation in recommending Challenge in the future.

I have been renting a house from Challenge for 3 years now and the service has been excellent. The staff have always been friendly and helpful when i needed advice. Repairs have always been handled in a timely manner and to a high standard. I would recommend Challenge if you are looking for a rented Property

I phoned one morning to see what properties where available which suited my needs (single, working, female) and within hours I was met by a lady from lettings and shown around a couple of flats. I chose a cosy flat in Creswell which was already fully carpeted, redecorated and most of all clean so I moved in straight after signing up the following day! Everything was quick and easy from initial enquiry to getting the keys. I’ve only had to phone the office once to report a problem and yet again someone came out within hours to see me and was fixed the following day! I can’t thank the challenge staff enough.
