Leslie and Joe were the driving force in our process, whilst Bairstow is not the cheapest option, they are definitely worth every penny, with the team at Kirkby working away I knew I could rely on them to ensure that all parties involved were working as they should. It was the most stress free sale of a property I could have hoped for.

Bairstow Eves in Kirby are an example of how Eastate agents should be. I had the pleasure of dealing mainly with Lesley Fergie, who was always very professional, courteous, friendly and most importantly - up-to-date!
Lesley, kept the chain going, she always chased everyone involved in our sale/purchase - she went above and beyond. If Lesley was unavailable Jo Phillips was always on hand and would get any answers I needed in a quick, efficient way. I would literally not be exchanged and moving tomorrow if it had not been for these two. I would 100% recommend.

We recently sold our home through Bairstow and had a lot of dealings with both Holly and Lesley. They've both been amazing, as what was a stressful time for us, they made it bearable by doing all the leg work. They gave us regular updates and were always there when we needed them. On several occasions my husband and I were confused with regards to some of the paperwork via solicitors and we've been able to just walk in without an appointment and Holly and Lesley talked us through it. They really are an asset to the company. And once our property had sold they had effectively done their job but they were still there, helping us through the process of buying our dream home even though we weren't buying through them, they did all the chasing. Also Matt from Countrywide had been brilliant in helping us with our mortgage application and we've been able to have a laugh and a joke, he's always in good spirits and really helped us feel at ease with it all. All 3 make a fantastic team and Bairstow are the only estate agents we would ever recommend. Thanks so much. You're all stars.

I have just sold my property in Manchester  and bought a property in the Nottingham area. I dealt with Bairstow Eves in Kirkby in Ashfield. I have dealt with this office previously and I can't fault them at all. Lesley Fergie always goes the extra mile. She constantly keeps you up to date with what is happening and if I need an estate agent at any time in the future I would have no hesitation in using this office. Thankyou
