I've been renting through lighthouse for over 8 years and the service has been perfect, the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.., they easily get 5 stars.

Approachable, helpful local business, know the market really well. Sold our house in 3 days and then very good at dealing with enquiries to get us through to completion.

Thank you Anne and Simon for the wonderful service yet again. Manage 5 of my properties for me and have sold 2 of my houses swiftly and with no problems.   I'm so glad my friend recommended you guys as I was tearing my hair out with my last letting agent....now been with you guys for 6 years I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Also thanks to Julie who always returns my calls swiftly and with the utmost professionalism.  I know I must be a nightmare landlady at times quite often demanding but your customer service is second to none. I know the tenants are happy as all of them keep renewing their contract which is something I don't have to worry about. Thanks again to you and your staff.

Excellent service yet again from Lighthouse.... 

I have been using their services for around 4 years now and can't rate them highly enough. 

I have both bought and sold houses through them, with no issues at all. I also have a rental property that is managed by Lighthouse and again that doesn't cause me any problems.

Simon and the team are always on hand to help, communication is always good and queries are always answered swiftly.

I wouldn't have any issues in recommending them to anyone looking at buying, selling or renting a property.

Genuinely the best experience I've ever had with a letting agent (I've lived and rented here for 7 years and experienced many different letting agents). They have been friendly, warm, helpful and have worked quickly to help me secure a lovely new house to rent. The property is the best I've seen in the Ashfield area for a while and they've made it a smooth process from start to finish. I've been very busy at work and not able to quickly fulfill a few things on my side of the application process, but they haven't made this an issue. Julie & Sam have looked after the process and are both very personable, not like other letting agents I've experienced who are either a bit cheesy or disinterested. Thanks Lighthouse xxxx
