Very professional and efficient estate agents, chosen as their 'For Sale' boards soon have 'Sold' appear on them, and are easily the most successful estate agents in Mansfield. They keep in regular contact, and you receive email and text notifications of viewing appointments and offers, backed up by telephone calls to discuss viewing reviews. Once sold - regular updates regarding the sale progression and they keep in touch with all parties involved. Very impressed and would use again.
I was really impressed with Buckley Brown, the entire process was simply excellent. From the very first valuation to the completion, the entire team were fantastic. We sold through them but also the house we were buying was through them and they were just brilliant. The communication was excellent with quick responses and timely updates, everyone was so friendly and it really felt like they cared. Special mention to Steph, Debbie, and Amy! Thank you so much. Great service from Buckley Brown. Even though we were only the buyers, they were always there for us, kept us up to date, and helped by chasing up the other professionals involved. Debbie, in particular, was so helpful, but the whole team deserves acknowledgement too - they were the most helpful people we dealt with throughout our stressful buying process, and even though they didn't need to, they always went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Buckley Brown to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Buckley Brown were the estate agents for the property we were buying and the communication was brilliant, we were kept updated weekly by our point of contact. If hadn't been for Buckley Brown we would have been totally in the dark of the position of all the sales in the chain. Having sold my property through Buckley Brown, I would 1000% recommend these agents to anyone thinking of selling. The service I received from the first phone call to book a valuation through to completion has been exceptional. All of the team have been efficient, approachable and friendly. A huge shout out to Deb Straw in sales progressions who was with me every step of the way for the past 8 months!, never once did she take her eye off the ball, always keeping me informed and chasing up solicitors etc every week, always going above and beyond! Thank you and the team again for all your hard work on moving this sale on!
From the outset of valuation staff have been professional courteous and knowledgeable and made us as the seller feel important. They have been super responsive to any query no matter how small even when a member of staff away or on leave the care followed through and all information flowed seamlessly. I would buy a property specifically in the future if Buckley brown is the agent as they are just faultless and constantly on the ball.
Elisha & Anna were our personal contacts and really couldn't fault their professionalism. They were efficient caring and nothing was too much trouble which made the stressful process less painful. Buckley Brown Mansfield in general are the only show in town, all the staff in the office were polite & attentive at all times. We had a difficult sale and the whole team were outstanding. I can't say if we move again we will use Buckley Brown again because this is our forever home, but would recommend them to anyone who was thinking of selling simply brilliant!
My experience with Buckley Brown has been absolutely fantastic. All of the team I have worked with over the past several months have been incredibly professional, reassuring and kind. At times I have been a very confused and stressed first time buyer, but I have been kept up to date every moment of the process by calls and emails. If I've had any questions, my emails have been responded to in some cases instantly! I am a first time buyer and was slightly nervous heading into the process of buying my first house but I had absolutely no reason to be. Elisha was my assigned sales progressor and she did a fantastic job from start to finish. She kept me fully informed and whenever she wasn’t in the office, a member of the team also acted with just as much efficiency. Elisha and the team really made my whole experience as stress free as possible and I am extremely grateful for that. Would 100% recommend to others.
I have now sold a few properties through Buckley Brown, one of which through extremely difficult and distressing circumstances. I always feel assured that my property is in good hands and I know I have their support. Having an agent I can trust, and whom I know will always go the extra mile is invaluable and helps ease the stress of the process. I wouldn't look anywhere else.
