Today again, I was ripped off by Cex at Dewsbury for a second time. When I checked the receipt they under payed me by £25. It is almost impossible to contact anyone other than going back to the shop at Dewsbury. Beware of this Company.
Absolutely the worst customer service rip off merchants bought a laptop off them 1 day ago.theywouldn't take it back were offering £100 less a day later never going to buy from them again go to cash converters much better service
Been going to cex for years now I had mates work there and found the staff from past to this date very friendly witch really helps with my autisum I have never had a problem even just bob in to say to a few members for a minute to see how they are they are that friendly
The managers' manners were completely appalling towards me, they were abusive and totally out of order, Jamie and one of his colleague are not people I would employ or recommend to anyone.
The customer assistants in this shop need to have a week of training they are rude, unpolite and downright ignorent. No quality of customer service at all

I don't understand this shop it has we buy your unwanted tech n games all over the walls but when you take your stuff to them they can't be bothered to do there job. Start saying there's a limit to what they can take. If the owner new that they are refusing customers they would be sat outside with the homeless man
Always attentive and good service. Car park next to the store, although is often very busy.
Brilliant staff. Always have a laugh with them when I go in. A couple of points for obviously fake reviews: The staff are by no means "ignorant or rude" They do not "rip you off" They tell you what they will give you BEFORE YOU AGREE to sell/exchange. Prices are very competitive, whether buying or selling. Nobody forces you to do either
