Staff had poor attitude and seemed unhappy to help

Really friendly staff to be fair! Always have a laugh and joke with ya weather it's in the store or on the phone, always deal with my enquiries really quickly and sorted my repairs really fast too : well done sausages keep it up

Been a customer for many many years and always been helpful and understanding. Myself and my family have had various items from Brighthouse over the years including tv's, tablets, laptops, beds, washer, dryer, fridge freezer etc

Been a customer since 2002 yeah might be a bit expensive but if u don't have the cash there and then if something breaks down there always there in the background

Prices way too high atotal rip off
