Arwful customer service ! Conveniently no store managers working on a Saturday ! Don’t bother with telephone customer service either they are rude and unhelpful ! We will be going to Tesco instead in future

No managers on Saturdays and Sundays ! Also will not accept return of unopened untampered with goods (cosmetics, food and medicine when it’s pretty much all they sell). I’d say shop elsewhere at somewhere with an actual returns policy.

Staff could be more helpful and engaging. The female staff don't really expect guys to buy anything so they'll usually ignore you and focus on women. Better to order online usually has good discounts on perfume.
