Used to own on this site.
There was too much fighting in the family that owned it. Nothing was done. Grass was cut only 3 times in last season on the site. 
Owners wouldnt buy my van back. Then offered me £500 or they could sell it for me next season. (Id still be liable for site fees till they sold it) or i could private sell it and pay them £750 just to sign ownership over. 
Entertainment was always being cancelled. Etc

I went to investigate the possible purchase of a lodge home. They only had caravan homes to show.

Such a rip off for owners. Avoid this pace at any cost. They lied to us that new ownership will not affect us and then a month later we've been told to leave and they ask £750 to remove our Caravan from the park! Better buy a caravan or a chalet at another park like Priory Hill where we've been happy owners for more than 3 years now or book it at holidaypro.co.uk
