Brilliant little shop. I have been there twice now and the owner has always been very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended, especially their famous apple and cider cake!

We called in today on the way back to our holiday cottage. Bought cider, cider and apple cake and some yummy vanilla meringues. The lovely landlady instructed us on the shelf life of the cider cake - utterly superfluous information as by this time tomorrow it will all be gone! Thankfully Cedric's is easy to find, as we'll simply have to return in order to sample the very dark chocolate and beer cake!

Went in to buy some of their magnificent home-made cider. Had a 20 minute chat with the very friendly landlord who offered me a taste of the brew before buying. I'll definitely be going back.
