This is the central car park closest to the high street and shopping area. There is an M&S food hall at one side of the car park, and the library, and an ancient castle mound on the other. Ringo parking system is in use, which is quite convenient if you have the app. Public toilets are available here.

Good sized carpark. Little busy on day we visited but found a space easily. Paid with RingGo simply. 5*.nnToilets at the car park zero stars. Ok they are free unlike most of Devon these days, but they have no working lights so you need to be able to do everything in pitch black. Remember to take a torch with you.

Good place to park for centre of town, toilets nearby, shops and high street. The library is right on the door step. Usual hourly parking fees for parking in town.

Lovely place to park. Miniysvwalk to the river and the high street and the museum

Not expensive and plenty of parking spaces
