Foul smelling, graffiti on walls, difficult to move up and down floors to narrow, shouldn’t allow SUV’s and vans, urine smell on circular stair case, couldn’t use Ringo App had to pay with coins. Don’t use it - Devon CC you should be ashamed!
Step back to the 90s.nSpaces small.nSmells weird.nDirty.nDimly litnStairs are awfulnNot signpostednVegetation overgrown outside.nnNow for the bad points....nParking is high considering where your parking.nnGood point. Car will be safe, car theifs would puck a more accessible car park
A horrible, stinking, unwelcoming car park. Very poorly lit, graffiti everywhere. Seems to be a place for dossers or skateboarders on the top floors. Don't use during day and night especially. No card payment service, have to go through the awful RingGo app or pay exact cash. Help service on machine is poor, operators are not interested. Exeter CC obviously will not care as long as they're getting a revenue from this awful place.
Parked for a week and surprisingly yeah i know, no incidents. I personally dont mind the grafitti, but the urine smell and occasional vomit was where i draw the line. I guess it would be hard to police without increasing the costs but perhaps additional CCTV might act as a deterrents. Needless to say from the clip, additional lighting is required to increase visibility and safety. At the time of writing this, it was cheapest parking zone within the region at £11 for the day.
Utterly dreadful. Terrible design makes it difficult to go use the ramps to each level, very tight spaces, but the worst thing is there are no facilities to say when full meaning that the was just a constant queue of cars going in, all the way to the top and back down again. Use at your peril!
