Very tight spaces and low headroom (1.98 metre max). Payment is by meter in advance by cash. Pay machines will only take new one pound coin from 1 July 2017. No change is given The entrance is very tight with a camber. Levels are linked by a lift. Pedestrian exit to street and shops is best effected by the underpass which is brilliantly painted with swans and dragon boat racing. Toilets here are permanently shut. Lighting is gloomy. Signs warn not to leave valuables in your car.

One of the cheaper car parks in Exeter and very handy and close by to the beautiful Quay area.

Cramped spaces. Poor access and lighting. Scruffy. No phone or WiFi signal at pay machine. Lift not working. Dreadful welcome for Exeter visitors.

All right Place. Difficult to drive around in the parking house and it took forever to pay. Had to download an app. But very convenient parking for cathedral and city center. The machine can only take new 1 pound coins.

Good central place to park, bit tight to get around ramps up and down but most of the car parks of this era are!
