My two young Persian cats have been with this vets since we got them and have only ever received top notch, caring, thorough, helpful and friendly service. I’m sorry for the negative reviews I’ve read as I completely disagree. I feel this is an excellent vet practice and I’m delighted that I chose it to help me look after my cats that I adore. Thank you Castle Vets for doing what you do so well.

Very friendly staff and treated my kitten very well.You could tell that they love animals and they actually care about the well being of your pet.

Been with this veterinary practice for years because it is quite simply the best there is. They truely care about their clients (and their owners). As I said.... the best there is.

We found the quality of care very good and the nurses were excellent. My issue is with the amount they charged. On our initial consultation, we were charged twice because the vet recommended blood tests. Because we were briefed on the blood tests, she felt justified in billing twice. If we were warned about such practice, we would at least have the information to make the decision. They also charge £12 per prescription which I've never encountered before, and on the final visit they said there was a small discount on the consultation. Small is correct. It was less than £2 off. In summary, while the care might be informed they do have questionable billing practices - a buyer beware scenario.

Great veterinary centre and the best vets!  The vets are so caring towards my skittish cat and make me feel that she is really special to them. The prices are reasonable and they always give me such good advice. 10 out of 10.
I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!
