Bangor is lucky to have Castle park. It includes the Townhall, Museum, Aurora sporting complex and walled garden - all within the beautiful park area

I love this place and actually got married in Bangor Castle (Town Hall) a few years ago. This is a hidden gem and if you have a dog or just like a walk it is lovely whatever the weather... though sunny is better. Apparently the walled garden and coffee shop within are fabulous but to my detriment once not been in either... even though I’m at the Aurora sport centre, within the park, all the time with my son for swimming and football.
