Very nice location and beautiful scenery with lovely hosts and wonderful food! The rooms were extremely luxurious and comfortable with everything you could need. Definitely worth a visit you will have an incredible time!

While I hesitate to write this review because I actually want to have this place all to myself, I can't resist to share how beautiful it is. I spent three nights here for a get away from the city buzz in April 2017 and can happily confirm that this B&B lives up to its positive reviews. The owners went out of their way to make my stay a great memory. From a warm welcome, over state of the art rooms, to delicious breakfast. I loved every part of it. The bed was even more comfy than my own at home. Location wise this place is simply perfect. The property has beautiful views with the sound of nature all around you while the quirky little town is only 2 minutes down the hill. I highly recommend popping into the Swan for dinner. Their pork belly is mouth watering. By far the best kept secret along the walking trails with beautiful surroundings. As one of the other guests pointed out quite concisely: "There is a lot of cr#p along the way, but this is the best B&B in the area". Overall absolutely delighted I stayed at the Castle Hill House and planning to come back some time later this year.

Very friendly owners and good service. Magnificently restored building (lots of space!) and a beautiful garden. Good selection of books and breakfasts too. I wish the owners the best of luck building a reputation, the most deserving I've seen in years.
