DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE. STAFF ARE RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Gordan is a very rude, vile, disrespectful man and needs to be made redundant immediately. He tried to discard of valuable clothes as he checked through the bags and his excuses we’re not valid as most of these clothes were in perfect condition. He did this so he could pay as little as possible to me and my take good quality clothes for free and sell them on for his profit. Don’t get outsmarted by these people. This companies service is ABSOLUTELY TRASH.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service. If I could give 0 stars I would! Spoke on the phone several times arranged for them to come today not even a phone call, waited in all day for nothing dont waste your time!!!
