Booked with them and they didnt turn up. Nor answer the phone. Eventually booked twice more and they failed to turn up at any time. Dont waste your time. It was appallingly run before the pandemic - it doesnt seem the pandemic has wiped it out like it has many other good companies… so it seems like an issue with management of the company.

I probably had one of the lovely workers!!! Very amenable and amicable. However, need to say they dropped on me the day preceding as they wound up in a tight spot financially. Yet, I made one more arrangement for the next day and they came. He demanded I looked as he stuffed and gauged the packs and determined the amount I was owed. Try not to depend on a schedule opening, pick a day when you realize somebody will be home the entire day for good measure

11 bags of clothes for £30 and paid £15 out of that money for their congestion charge apalling.  WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN I HAVE MORE STUFF BUT WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE

I booked the services and no one arrived, I got a phone call saying they'll come the week after. No one arrived again, tried calling them and it went to voicemail.  Used the company once before and they were good but this time around they disappointed me and I wouldn't be using the services again.

Reading the reviews I will write exactly the same. I booked last week and had a no show, without an email or a call. On the confirmation email you received after booking, it does say it is not 100% confirmed BUT in case of a reschedule they would contact you by email or phone call; as everyone not a single contact. I booked them again this week, for everyday I can, matching with my post code but thought to give them a call today, so I can plan my day... surprise you press 1 for booking = line is closed / press 2 to explain how it works = a robotic voice explain how it works and for the joke said you can call them on the same number obviously not possible / press 3 to know where is the driver = line is closed / press 4 to complain = line is closed ... how convenient. On the website their is no « contact » link... I believe this company is just close and haven’t close their website ... That the only reasonable option I can find or is that really a team of none professional people??? But closing a company and not letting the public on their website ... that does look unprofessional...

On the strength of some of the viewings I had my concerns using the collection service previously we had taken the bagged clothes to their Rainham depot and our experience was a good one However my experience could not have been better.  Scheduled an am appointment 1 week in advance. The driver arrived on time he was efficient, polite and carried out what was said on the box! No issues whatsoever. Will use them a again. It is such a convenient service as they collect, sort, weigh and pay! The driver told me that they had moved from Essex to East London so they need to change their location online. I will use them again.

Rarely post reviews but this company is awful. Had been trying to book a collection since Easter to no avail. Only contact was first appt which was day before 1st pick up 6 April to inform they were booked. Tried rebooking each week up until this may BH 4th may and no pick up or contact.  Avoid!!

Didnt want to believe the bad reviews because   I have used them many times before with no issues, however they were a no show wednesday just gone, had a confirmation email but no email or phone call for explanation why they didnt show, I re-booked on wednesday for a pick up today giving the benefit of the doubt and again, confirmation email but no show, no call or email to explain why they havent come. I waited in twice. So unbelievably rude to do that. I phoned, cant get through to anyone. I emailed, no reply. Disgusting and highly unprofessional. Definitely won't bother with you again.

I must have had one of the pleasant employees!!! Extremely polite and friendly. But have to say they cancelled on me the day before as they ran out of cash. But I made another appointment for the following day and they came. He insisted I watched as he packed and weighed the bags and calculated how much I was owed. Don't rely on a time slot, pick a day when you know someone is going to be home all day just in case. Overall great service and the highest rate per kilo I've ever seen.

I am changing my review from poor to very good. I booked a collection for Wednesday and waited from 9am till 8pm despite calling 4 times to be told the driver will be here by 5pm then by 7pm and that he's working on his own. They didn't turn up that day. I was disappointed to say the least. However when I called on Thursday, the man I spoke to, was very apologetic and understanding and re booked a collection for Saturday. They were 2 hours late but turned up and the driver and assistant were very nice. I had a lot of bags but was very pleased to get £55 for the lot plus £13 for 3 bags for my neighbour. I would say just be persistent and patient as it is worth the wait. They take many items other companies do not and pay well.
