Destroyed my wedding dress! Asked her if she could alter the neckline of my dress and was left with an awful floppy mess, nothing like I had discussed. Also had some horrible random hooks hooked in to the skirt and a button for it to be clipped up to which was NEVER discussed and something I would never have wanted which she could luckily take out then and there but I was extremely worried i would end up with a hole in my dress. Don't understand why someone would add something to someone's dress without checking that the customer wants it first. I paid  £75 to have the neckline of my dress butchered. I could have taken it home and destroyed it myself for free!! 
Please think twice before taking your dress here they did not show any compassion or offer to at least try and fix the damage they caused. Also had a dog running around the place when people's dresses are hanging up out of the bag. Ridiculous.
