I can’t fault the way the sales team at CJ handled the sale of my grandparents property. They were attentive and catered to our family’s (quite onerous) needs brilliantly. Excellent service. James Spence highly professional,realistic,straight and wise. Even though we had to pull out of our sale we cannot recommend James too highly. We recently sold our property with Carter Jonas and I have nothing but praise for the service I received. Without exception every one I dealt with was friendly, helpful, calm and professional although special mention to Simon Wright and Alison Bulmer who were my main contacts. 
Once we had sold (very quickly) Simon told me that his work was just starting and  true to his word, I was kept informed every step of the way.  I had advice and support and updates and never felt that I was just left to get on with it by myself.
In summary, I received the service  you hope for but sadly, rarely seem to experience.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have worked in the property sector for 10 years. In both my work and personal life I have had experience of poor estate agents on more than one occasion. That being said, my experience with Carter Jonas was nothing but positive. I think the key is the fact that one person deals with your transaction constantly throughout the process. Amy is experienced, professional and efficient and cut through the procrastination that conveyancing is full of. We achieved a completion in 27 days, and that was down to persistence from both parties, but also from Amy. Carter Jonas are not a high volume agent, and it shows. You are not a number and you feel your business is valued. I would not hesitate in using them as a purchaser or vendor in the future.
