R&W Lettings have been our property management agents for several years - this being my first and only experience of letting a property.  I have been extremely pleased throughout the whole process with their help and professionalism.  Should my tenant ever have a problem they contact R&W and then R&W phone me, not just with the problem but also with a solution.  All I have to do is authorise the works, the rest is sorted for me and then I have one happy tenant again!!!  I would have no hesitation in recommending R&W Lettings for the complete service they offer.

Guy and Simon have let our house in Harrogate for the last twelve years. We have always had good tenants with very few voids – only short periods during which the house could be redecorated. The fully managed service, means we can rest assured that our house and tenants are being well looked after; nothing is a drama – all work is quietly and efficiently done.

I recently had dealings with R&W Lettings and i must say i was very pleased with their service. They organised my property to rent and i was amazed at how easy the process was and how quickly someone rented the accommodation. Because i am often out of the country I feel secure in the knowledge that they are looking after it for me.

Take ages to carry our repairs, speak to you like a child, use threatening behaviour and inspect their propertys quarterly (just to be nosey)... Avoid if you want an easy life.
