FSS have been excellent to deal with, over the past few years. They communicated regularly with us about our tenants for over 2 years, and our impending house sale now is going through as smoothly as possible, even with setbacks. They are professional and caring and have held our hand, when needed, throughout the whole process.
From the very first meeting in Oct 2014, which was an initial consultation, long before we even rented our property, they were happy to spend the time to come and see us and offer their advice. A service which another local agency thought too much trouble at the time, as we were still considering our move away, to bother keeping their appointment with us.
Mike Lennon, their residential lettings manager, came to see us that day, and was so knowledgeable and helped us a lot with our decision to let the house through FSS in Jan 2016. 
We are now proceeding with a successful sale using FSS and I can't recommend them highly enough.
From the letting department to the sales people, they really are a Team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff. They work together so well, I'm always confident to get a reply from them as soon as possible, considering the 7 hour time difference, it's been wonderful.

Shocking estate agents youll never get your bond back no matter how hard you try id never use them again such poor service !!!! Not reccomended !!!!
