Having just played with my band Boys of Brass in the bar, sampled the grub and crashed over in one fell swoop then I'd rate this place highly (with potential for improvement). Thoroughly pleasant staff, decent service and a nice atmosphere for sure. The improvements are already being made in the form of high end rooms under installation, and changes throughout the venue implemented via a new Cluster General Manager. Check it out.

Is it a training facility for students? If yes, they should have an adult guide. 
Slow waitresses, quick cook, English food, mixed feelings. For beer only - OK.
