DISGRACE AND DISGUSTING!!!nWaited nearly 10 mins for food.nChicken royal supposed to have mayo and lettuce as you can see by the photos discoloured lettuce and Bearley any in ! And the same for the whoppa.nStale bread!nFries clearly re fryed.nAll food only just warm.nThere was a que of people waiting for their food.nHonestly this place is going down hill rapidly!nAnd for the staff well where do I start! Couldn't give a flying monkey, clearly don't want to be there !
Ordered via Uber Eats, missing half the order, called Uber Eats guy and he said would need to speak to the resturant as that's all they give him, no one answers the phone, all lines auto decline and some ring on until voicemail, which will not let you leave a voice mail. Disgraceful service. Bold of us to assume we'd get what we paid for
Clean and fast service friendly staff, food cold to the point the cheese didn’t melt on the burger. Great halloumi fries
Popped into Burger King Washington services after a really bad drive from London, I just wanted to grab a bite and be gone, I was served by a lovely member of staff called Callum, nothing was a problem, he helped me chose my meal and even carried it to my table he made me smile and cheered me up, we need more people like Callum in the world, well done everyone at Burger King Washington x
Excellent serv9ce from Gaby who was friendly, polite and efficient. Clean and tidy branch at A1 services stop in Washington.
