I'm happy with the eye tests and contact lenses but have had problems with my frames as the lenses don't fit in them correctly. I was told it was to do with my prescription. I find their range is very narrow in gorseinon. My son has had new glasses recently. Been back and fore as the arms keep breaking at the hinges. Have had several complete frames as a result as well as numerous arms. Frames broke again then told cannot have a new pair as he's had is allotted number nhs glasses for year within 3 months. Eventually agree new pair free. The frames are cheap and poor quality and not fit for purpose for a 10 1/2 year old boy. My wife today had an eye test. All good. She has always chosen designer frames from the teenager range which fit good. Not allowed anymore. Went to different store in gorseinon who were very happy to accommodate from the teenager range on offer. I'll be taking my son to the other store for his frames in future. We also feel the attitude of some staff has changed over recent years.
