Cafe is terrible, never has anything in stock and food is pretty dreadful. Store staff pretty unhelpful, left us struggling at self checkout as we were having issues with the machine so we moved to a normal checkout, huge queue and only one till open. We were told to go back to self checkout to which we said no thank you as the staff had been extremely unhelpful there and we got fed up of waiting with no help.

Very clean with mostly well stocked shelves and friendly, helpful staff. Good access to parking, with a petrol station conveniently located across the street. Decent clothes and homeware sections.

One of the most surly shop workers I’ve ever encounterednSaturday morning and I do appreciate its busy.nMember of ASDA staff pushing a roll trolley towards me in the aislenI could see it was heavy so I tried to move my trolley out of their way.nAt that moment they decided to move the same way so we were head onnI apologised don’t know why and was treated to the death stare and grunt!nWithout the people pushing trolleys and filling the tills up this person would either be jobless or somewhere else. Remembering this might help with attitude!nIf front facing customer contact isn’t your cup of tea I’d suggest another career!nASDA perhaps need to review their staff training.nTo counter balance this the lady filling up the bread was lovely as was the chap on the tillnRant over

Absolutely dreadful. Waited up until midnight for a delivery that didn't arrive with no contact from asda. 15 mins pointless call to customer services to be told asda cancelled, they couldnt give me a reason and I should get my refund in the next couple of days. Will not be using asda again.

Not as good as Tesco but prices match and the clothes section is cheaper but finding a small trolley was a bit of a challenge!
