I also disagree with the poor reviews. We've purchased several mobile phones through this shop over the past few years and have always had really good and friendly and courteous service and useful advice from them. The shop is usually busy so you may have to wait - that's the only bad point.
The staff in this branch are not very friendly, at least they didn't come across that way to me. It's usually quiet though, so if you're short of time and you don't mind brusque service, it may suit you
Poor customer service generally, sold a pup in relation to thier own network but now they don't want to know even though it's a 24 month contract
Plenty of choice and selection of phones, even had all the latest phones. Staff are little pushy and not really helpful as they weren't really listening to what customers wanted.
