Absolute pleasure. Went in yesterday to look and get a rough idea of what price and carpet we were looking at and Robert was lovely. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic, friendly and just so lovely. We returned today to actually make a purchase and we were greeted by another lovely man, Catalin and he again was all of the above and explained everything clearly and during our order with Catalin we were also assisted by Mark whom again was so lovely. Just ordered a carpet from the Hatters Way Retail Park Store. We were served by Mark who was extremely helpful and efficient. Never batted an eyelid when my wife changed the carpet order halfway through completion. Excellent service.

I have been calling most days for a week now , automated answer and left waiting with no response any time I've called . I have paid for my carpet i hope the fitting is going to be better than trying to contact them is!!I will have to drive down there now I

Tonnes of choices of carpet, they have a lot of choices from value to high end. Prices are quite hard to understand they are all in per square meter unless you grab a staff member just tell the size of the room and they work it out straight away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a huge range of wood flooring just the laminates

AVOID!!!! Me and my wife went in to order some carpets and was served by a young man who was very pleasant but they had system issues. We were told that the wasted manager Joe or Joel will ring us back the next day with the next steps. He never called us so we called into store, after a whole day another assistant answered the phone, when we asked for this pathetic manager we were told he was too busy but can hear him whispering to his colleague about what to tell us. Absolutely shocking that a business that big have these incapable people working for them! I would never use this business or recommend to anyone!!

Fairly large selection of carpets and vinyl flooring. Shop is spacious and had good sized car park. The staff were friendly. Prices for carpets are quite competitive, bit the prices for underlay and grippers are very high.

Bought a good quality carpet at reasonable price. Salesman knowledgable and helpful

saklain there was very helpful and gave me the best offers and advice so well done to him and whenever anyone ever goes carpet right just ask for him and he will give you good prices and very good quality items and represents the whole of carpet right in a very good way.
