Avoid. One of the worst interactions I've ever had with an online shop.  Over 7 weeks waiting on my order. Emailed them, used their website messaging, phoned them twice. Zero response each time. Eventually requested a refund via PayPal. I have no idea how they can continue to run a business when they ignore their customers like this.

Please check there Ebay feedback before you buy from this store !  eBay account has now been closed   Terrible customer service Item was not dispatched. Failed to answer emails. After getting through on the phone they agreed to refund that was not received had to get PayPal involved.  It's clear they take money for items they don't have in-stock  one star  is to much.  if you want good customer service & your order to arrive uses Nexus models or Midland Helicopters

Avoid he does not communicate very well I placed an order over a week ago and it says 1 to 2 day delivery but still not received my item I paid for I have tried so many times on the landline phone all I get is out of the office unable to take your call please leave a message I have left a dozen messages and email as well but still nothing a complete waste of time

I placed an order nealry 3 weeks ago, it didn't mention anywhere that the stick was only supplier stock. I'm still waiting for my items. I've tried to call the store numerous times, I e contacted them via their own website and WhatsApp. So far I've had zero contact in any way and still don't have my batteries.  I won't use them again, they seem to take your money and then that's it!  I have contacted PayPal for a refund as I'm sure, just as everyone else, I won't get a reply, a refund or my items from them.  Please avoid using them as it's a woeful experience so far.

Where are my stick ends ordered on the 11th july? Oh you posted them on the 11th august deadline day for a response to paypal. Yes right , pathetic avoid this store . Footnote to the store I will get my money back.  Ps given one star because I had to!!!!!  ******FURTHER UPDATE****** WELL THE MCGREGOR BRANDED STICK ENDS FINALLY ARRIVED 6 WEEKS OR MORE AFTER INITIALLY ORDERING THEM. I SHOULD HAVE JUST PRE ORDERED THEM FROM MCGREGORS A REPUTABLE STORE WHO RESPOND TO EMAILS AND PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.  BE WARNED YOU WILL NOT ENJOY YOUR BUYING EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE IF MY EXPERIENCE IS ANYTHING TO GO BY.

Grabbed a mini RC more as a toy for my self. The owner was super helpful and even changed a connector on a battery so I could get 2

It appears my experience is similar to the other reviews here. Ordered over a week ago and still waiting. Contacted via email and whtsapp but no response at all. Really wish I had just gone with the usual big names like modelsport. If I wanted to wait for weeks I would have ordered from Hong Kong!

Ordered over a week ago still waiting....tried calling but no answer. Called over 40 times and also no reply on the email I sent or messages for them to call back. Not gonna use these again time wasters stick ur parts were the sun don't shine. I'll go some were else more reliable like the other side of the world.

Convenient and local. Pleasant in shop, helpful. Second visit bought some suggested ugrade hardware. Will have to do more visits. Will make new reviews later.
