Great service and communication. Laminate was laid to my requirements and care was taken to make sure the fitter had everything right before fitting. I also chose the carpet uplift and removal service for my house's old carpet. Well worth adding that on. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic service from start to finish. The sales guy came twice with samples to make sure we chose the correct carpet. We ordered enough for 3 rooms but were under no pressure to have them fitted at the same time. Communication was spot on and the fitters were extremely professional. Would have no hesitation in recommending and will return when we're ready to order for the rest of the house. 5* service!

Absolutely fantastic service. We went to get new kitchen flooring. No hard sell just really helpful. The fitter came to measure up and within a week all fitted with a wooden base to create a smooth floor. Door was shortened to fit and all appliances removed and replaced. Could not fault a thing and would highly recommend and definitely use again
We’ve recently had our floor done by Surefit. The staff were very helpful when choosing what to have. The flooring was fitted by Karl who did an excellent job and we are more than happy with the result.
Because of the customer service I did not bother getting other quotes. Fitted turned up exactly when I was told he would, did a fantastic job on both vinyl floors. Thank you
I'm really impressed with the service and carpets I bought from Surefit Carpets. Everything went like clockwork. From their initial visit by Paul who measured the bedroom and office rooms. I was able to stagger the fitting of each carpet by a week so I was able to finish decorating each room. The carpets both arrived on time and were fitted by Rob who was so experienced and fast fitting them. I went for a 10mm underlay and both rooms now feel amazing under your feet. No more squeaky floorboards and my feet feel better with the extra cushioning effect of the carpets. I have other carpets to fit in the future and will be definitely using Surefit again. Many Thanks.
My family has used Surefit for my Aunt and Mum and cannot praise them enough. They give a free estimate then arrange a mutually convenient time to fit. Both times they arrived exactly when arranged and did such a professional job, nothing is too much trouble for them. VERY PLEASED and can highly recommend.
Recently had a full house carpet deal fitted. I cannot fault the service from measuring up to carpet getting fitted. Very professional throughout the whole process. The carpets are excellent. Would highly recommend.
