I love b&M I’m in there 2 or 3 times a week,, there’s no need to go anywhere else they’ve got just about everything, unless yu want frozen food they don’t have fridges anymore But excellent,, most of the staff are sweet, there’s one woman who’s abit ignored but I don’t ask her for help anymore 10/10 for everything else tho
90 minutes free parking which isn't available elsewhere in the town. If visiting frenchgate for shorter period, its fine. Store itself has good variety and helpful staff.
Great value but quite untidy and the girl serving in the kiosk was messaging on her watch and then moaning disrespectfully about a member of staff that told her to stop it, felt awkward, ignored and it's unprofessional. She also didn'tnI D the person in front of me for alcohol who was very obviously underage. I love B &M stores but this one needs a good fettle
Just been to this shop. Stood at checkout 10 mins as there was a queue. 1 person on the checkout out while 4 other staff were chatting and looking on phones.nWhen we asked staff if another till could be opened the curt reply was 'All you have to do is ask' Isn't that what wr were doing.nCould the staff not think of that themselves when they could plainly see the queue increasing.nBad customer service!
Not the best area but the store itself is always clean, well stocked and has friendly staff
