I rang for help about the cold water dump valve that I have been having problems with and could not solve, I was put through to the service team, they solved the problem on the phone for me in 5 minutes. Polite and professional in every way.

Plenty to see as regards caravans and motor homes , very pricey . Looks like a huge storage compound .

Not able to view many vans as the majority were locked. No accessories available. Waste of time won’t be returning. Brown hills and lowdhams much better.

They charge a fee to view/quote for your caravan in order to carry out any warranty work, even though the work was to be completed by them. It's a Marquis company policy apparently. Elddis recommends we use a different dealership as it's not a practice they recommend but they cannot stop Marquis from applying the charges. After speaking with service dept and the manager they did offer a reduction, but insisted that I would need to contribute as they wouldn't make anything if they didn't charge for a quote - so Marquis must carry out the repairs without making a profit? I seriously doubt that as they have never been particularly cheap, just conveniently local. Very disappointed as I have used them in the past, before this charge was in place. Its only free if you bought the caravan from them, being a previous customer for repairs and servicing bears no relevance. Bad business practice like this will encourage customers like myself look elsewhere for future purchases and now for servicing.
