We bought some “Santa clause guppies” from here that have now infected our whole tank with fin rot and our fish are dying  . We went back just 8 days later  closed over Xmas and suddenly every one  of their Santa clause guppies has gone? There were a couple of tanks full which I find a bit suspicious. No apology or anything just said oh well it happens?? All our fish were fine up until purchasing these! Water levels are all good .

Love love love it here always there to help, their fish that they have in stock couldn't be more healthier, plus nephew loves it

Knowledgeable as always. Just needed some aquarium plant food this time and was pointed in the right direction.  Had a good look round while we were there to see all the tropical, marine and cold water fish. The blood shrimp were particularly impressive to look at.

If your looking for a great shop dealing with fish keeping this is it.Loads of stock,good knowledgeable staff and a great location.

Amazing shop with a wide array of tanks and livestock. Will definitely be returning to start my saltwater tank. Staff are excellent, most staff in shops avoid you if it is close to closing time but These guys take the time to answer all questions and are super helpful.

Bought a fluval flex 123 L today from here and got it at a reduced price they said they would honour the price i was told by email and they were true to their word, staff are friendly and plenty to look at, look forward to visiting again.

Staff are so knowledgeable, fit a new light for the tank and some Clown loach x

Lots of choice, the lady who served me was very helpful and friendly.
