We had main stairs, landing and loft staircase carpet fitted… Amazing service from start to finish. Great communication, advice and ordering process and then fantastic friendly fitters. They even split the job into two after initially planning to do it in one because we hadn’t done the painting quite right for the upper staircase and the fitters didn’t want us to have to do decorating with new carpet down in that area! Cannot recommend highly enough, brilliant service

Great service start to finish. From the first time I contacted them on the phone, to the person who measured up, the person I spoke to in the shop and the fitters who came to my house. All of them did an excellent job. The price was also one of the best. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, the staff were very helpful, I wanted a multi coloured stripe carpet, they showed me a good range of carpets, straight away I spotted the carpet I wanted, it's been installed today, looks absolutely brilliant, my stairs go up & then there is a landing, then the stairs turn in a different direction, so I wasn't sure if they would be able to do it, but they did,the stripes look absolutely fantastic. Excellent quality, service, the carpet fitters did an amazing job.

Great experience from start to finish, really good selection of carpets with helpful staff in the shop to assist with colour and style matching and the 5 fitters over the two days were first class. Polite, professional and efficient. No hesitation in recommending.
Great shops with range of laminate floors and carpets. The guys who fitted were super nice and did a wonderful job. Will definitely be going. back for our next carpet.
Have been fitting our carpets for the last 20+ years. Great prices, friendly people, the fitters always on time and do a great job. What’s not to like? Shop local and ignore the big chains. We get a great deal at a good price every time.
Love my new bedroom carpet. 2nd time we've used Village Carpets. Cannot fault, selection, service, quality & value for money. Excellent choice of carpets can highly recommend a visit to either store for a browse. Friendly professional fitters arrived on time and made no mess. They will even remove your old carpet for a small fee as part of services offered.
