I purchased a deviat phantom gold online from another seller and when it arrived it was damaged. I had major issues with PayPal and the seller saying it was in perfect working order when shipped. I took it to audio works and they did me a report and checked it over and found there is no way it could of happened in transport due to the length of damaged it had suffered. Anyway PayPal give me a full refund and can’t thank these guys enough, other audio shops fobbed me off. Brilliant layout inside the shop and top end audiophile equipment, highly recommend these guys!
Great service, just had cartridge replaced and set up on my 1980's rega planar 3. Sounds really good. Superb friendly service and advice from real enthusiasts who know their stuff. Never tried to up sell, prices spot on too. Many thanks, I'll be back soon to make a purchase. Alex.
Very knowledgeable audiophile staff, truly of that rare, non-pushy variety ! Very happy to arrange a demonstration of their range of equipment, at a leisurely pace, to suit a potential customer and indeed listen patiently to queries. Will be happy to tailor a system to budgetary constraints and offer a superb after sales service. I can recommend advice given by Larry and Ed with the utmost enthusiasm. You know it makes sense to shop here ! I remain impressed after several years .
