Wouldn’t of even given 1 star but had to (DO NOT BUY FROM HEAR!!) the guy behind the desk with the tattoo has no customer service skills at all very rude poped in to ask about buying something guy was on phone for ages but we politely waited for him to Finnish the call as to when he replies abruptly (“are you going to be long what do you want?”) there was no sorry about the wait how can I help you at all very rude so I asked about what I wanted and he said one over the top price and to come back later as he’s very busy and has not got time for customers! And as I was walking out the door he said another price lowering the price by £10 make your mind up ended up going to the range and buying it for £30 cheaper Now I know why there shop had no customers in there AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Great company with friendly fitters. There was a missing bar on one of the doors which was hidden from all the items we shoved into the room. We had an urgent request and had to get this sorted asap. We called up and they arranged a fitter to come out first thing in the morning. I would definately use them again, great carpets and great service.
