I would highly recommend Carpet Factory. Recently had an old carpet replaced and from beginning to end it was a very friendly and professional service, and super quick too! The process of choosing my carpets to laying the carpets was completed in a very professional manner. Very pleased with quality and look. A very friendly company to deal with.
Good service, Have been using them for many years.
They were very helpful and responsive. They took all our changing decisions in their stride and we love the carpet. Price was very fair too - the best quote we got.
Provided carpets and stair runner for two bedrooms and hallway. Nice products and good prices. The customer service was good throughout with helpful advice and lots of understanding and flexibility when we had to move our fitting dates last minute due to a major leak. We are very happy with the results having now had our carpets for a couple of months.
I can't fault these guys at all. The staff in the shop were friendly and recommended a cheaper carpet than we'd originally picked out. The price quoted was extremely reasonable and they were able to fit it in just over a week. The fitter did a great job too and was very professional. Would definitely use them again.
Great customer service. Floors measured promptly and we were able to pop into the shop on the same day to choice our carpet. Helpful staff directed us towards the best type of carpet and even recommended a cheaper option when if came to making our final choice. Carpets being fitted next week.
Super friendly staff, really pleased with the outcome, changing from an old carpet to Amtico flooring. They were helpful when choosing and I'd recommend using this organisation
I wanted Amtico flooring for a recent bathroom renovation. I visited John Lewis but they had no staff in store to help and a limited range. I visited this shop after checking online that they did stock Amtico. They had a really extensive range, were really helpful and let me take away samples. When I ordered they were again prompt, helpful and able to arrange local delivery.
