Very helpful staff in store without being pushy at all. Polite efficient gentleman who came to measure up and give us an estimate. The fitter was a fast tidy worker who did a fantastic job laying carpet in our hall staircases and upstairs corridor. I can highly recommend this company.

We had lino fitted in the kitchen and pantry area, at first glance the fit was good, however on closer inspection the transition from carpet to the new lino was not down well.  We called the fitter back to rectify the fault, another poor job and rudeness for free. Ended up fixing the fault myself. Found another more serious fault today as he had not refitted the washing machine waste water outlet, again had to fix myself.

Always lovely to buy new carpet but, if you go to Carpet Barn Ferndown it's a real pleasure.
The staff are very friendly without being pushy. We in particular deal with Stuart.P who is fantastic and always offers friendly service and good advice.Cheers Stu.

Recently went bed shopping with my elderly mother.
Tried the usual big name Super Stores plus a few independents but she was not impressed, especially when some wanted extra for delivery.
Tried Carpet Barn Ferndown. Received excellent service, advice, a very well presented and good range to select from.
She purchased a higher specification bed costing less than had been offered at any other store. Plus free delivery!!
