Excellent service from ordering online to picking up at the Ferndown branch. The young lad was very helpful as i wanted a certain size nail and he was more than happy to check the stock for me.
Excellent customer services. I rather stupidly ordered my items to collect from the wrong Screwfix store. The guy at the service counter sorted out a new order and a refund on the other one and had it picked and in front of me with zero wait time. Can't really get much better than that!
Excellent service. Happy friendly staff. You can order and pay on line and just go pick it up from your nearest branch or telephone. First class service.

Always had a good experience here, very easy to use click and collect and order whilst in store. Very helpful during lockdown.
So good very helpful good stock range and correct priice
Great service, just didn't have a small amount of earplugs as opposed to a whole load of them but they took time to check for me on their systems anyway. Normally my first port of call!
