Silver Wheels has been formed to provide high quality wheel refurbishment to both members of the public and to the trade in the Dorset area.

With over 25 years experience in the industry, Silver Wheels’ directors recognized a gap in the Bournemouth area to not only offer high specification finishes on alloy wheels but to provide exemplary service. Silver Wheels’ aim is to provide our customers with a wide range of finishes and a level of service to suit them, not us.

We have a full range of samples in our showroom, for you to examine and to make your selection from.Our experienced staff are there to guide you and are happy to talk through your ideas or suggest some of their own.
We try hard to match the wheel, to the car, to the owner.

With CCTV and 24hr monitored, alarmed premises as well as ample onsite secure parking for customer’s vehicles that is included FOC, you can be confident that nothing untoward will happen to your vehicle whilst in our care. We are also next door to Tyreland, so in the unfortunate event that any of your tires are found to be defective, replacement can be done at the same time – saving you time and money.

I’m giving 2 star simply because, as said by someone else in their review, i’m sure if you have decent wheels and get a decent job you will be happy. Regrettably, not the case for me. Could I give 1 star, in my experience, yes. I went to get all 4 wheels done as a package, overall they looked good. Regrettably 6 days later 2 were damaged my fault so i booked in and repaid almost the package price for half the wheels as the damage was my fault i had no issue with this. It was a day or 2 later that i noticed flaking on the other 2, so i sent images over and explained that it was possibly due to the condition of the wheels beforehand but wanted their thoughts. I got a phone call the next day after they’d seen the images and videos and was told on the phone that they would redo those 2 under warranty as it could be that they haven’t got rid of all the corrosion. Happy enough with this, i took them back to get all 4 done. I took the car back in, and was asked whether I had replaced my caps I confirmed no, their team actually did it to which they then said “it looks like someone has tried to take them”. Laughed off at the time, but they didn’t say anything beyond that. I’ve since had what i thought to be new flaking in the same spots. Emailed only to be told they didn’t redo them at all wasn’t told this earlier of course but they had instead simply ‘dressed them’ - not entirely sure what they did since the same flaking is back. But they have essentially stated that they didn’t redo them under warranty as they told me it was external force when i got there only the 2 comments above about me or someone else taking the caps off was actually mentioned and they certainly didn’t tell me they wouldn’t redo them. Considering i was already paying 70% of the original price paid for all 4, you might have assumed they might honour what i was told on the phone or even just have some common courtesy - but you would be wrong. The customer service on the phone call seemed decent, but i can now only assume this was because i was still at a point where I was going to be paying them more money at that stage. Now it’s all paid, nothing but blaming others. I’ve owned the car 5 years and not once has someone tried to damage it in the past, but within a week of them refurbishing the alloys, the paint is flaking and they are suggesting it is someone else. No malice intended, simply an honest review of the experience I have had. A friend was initially interested in getting his quoted, but has since sought quotes from others. Again, you may not experience the same as what I have, and they are relatively quick to book you in and get the job done.
Had my wheels refurbed today, excellent result with great service. Kept up to speed by Reagan and ready two hours earlier than expected. Will definitely recommend. Thanks team.

Damaged my alloy wheels whilst on holiday. The team at asilver wheels, were brilliant. Fitted me in short notice , great repair and we were able to finish our holiday. Superb service and customer care, shame not closer to home . Highly recommended
My van failed the MOT from a buckled alloy wheel so instead of just fixing one wheel I got all 4 refurbished as the lacquer was peeling on them anyway. Silver Wheels not only sorted the bad buckle they did a top job on the wheel refurb too. I went from a matt black to a satin dark bronze colour and they look like new. Really suit the van and nice to have a change! The team were super friendly and they turned the job around in under a week. Would highly recommend them! Cheers.

Amazing final results and brilliant customer service. I was recommended to go to Silver Wheels by a friend who had his wheels done by them over 7 years ago and they still look like new today. After buying a new second hand car I needed to get the alloys repaired from several deep curb marks. Silver Wheels did a brilliant job at re building the damage so that there is no sign of it anymore. They were also brilliant at helping me select a colour to go for as I didn’t want to go for the standard silver that the car came with. I was also incredibly impressed that they could have the whole car done in just one day.
The repair to my complete wheel was excellent and value for money. I was well informed before and during the service and on completion well looked after. Raigan was very helpful throughout the service and the workshop team were very friendly and helpful changing my spare wheel for the refurbished one and checking all my tyre pressures before I left the estate. Silver Wheels give an excellent service and I would recommend the team to anyone.
