Great venue. Polite & friendly staff. Average prices for drinks. Some limited visibility on the ground floor if you get stuck behind a pillar but great visibility of the stage otherwise. We've seen Darius Rucker, Passenger & Lukas Graham there recently and all were awesome
Bought standing only, wish we'd bought balcony. It's a nice venue, but we got squashed because of how many people were allowed in. Easy access for wheelchairs. The drinks were really expensive over £12 for a pint & a coke. The staff were really lovely, especially when my hubby felt faint they made sure he was safe and had a drink of water. Toilets were clean but quickly became dirty because of usage.
Travelled from scotland to see a concert in June. The venue is easily accessible and a nice small venue. Was standing at the concert and got to the barrier despite being miles back in the queue. Only 4 stars as I genuinely thought I would have to leave early near the end as it was ROASTING. Absolutely no ventilation or air con when I went, saw about 5 people be pulled out and get medical attention from the heat. I unslderstand the nature of standing is genuinely quite cramped and warm but this was crazy. MASSIVE THANK YOU to the staff that were working endlessly scooping and pouring cups of ice water and handing them out the whole time. I saw the same band the night before in Manchester and the venue was blasting cool air all night, I barely felt hot once.
Had a great time here. Bar was fairly fast. Very long queue to get it but it did move fairly quickly. Was very hot in there though but they passed out cups of cold water the whole time.
Super venue. Easy to get to. Watched Camera Obscura who put on a brilliant gig. I'd say 500 capacity in the hall which made it pretty intimate. Easy to get served and decent range of beers.
This is my very favourite venue for live music. This evening was Teddy Swims and 4th gig of 6 for May. Staff are super friendly and helpful Charlotte assisted us this evening and a security guard, both absolutely brilliant. The only down side was the wait for the lift which I have never known to happen b4 due to being in a wheelchair
Lovely venue, o2 priority holders get in a separate que for quicker entry. Staff were all friendly and the showsec security were helpful too handing cups of water to everyone in at the front of the stage. Saw Teddy Swims he was incredible, the sound system was second to non. Fantastic evening
Went to experience the AWESOME Mammoth WVH this evening. As I’m disabled we were shown to the front of the queue and as we had balcony tickets it was a trek to get up there but as we were almost first to arrive we were right above and about 10 feet from the stage. Brilliant. Mammoth WVH AND Support The Dust Coda did not disappoint. I’ve seen Mammoth WVH 4 times now and it was AWESOME. GREAT VENUE, distinctly personal and not overpowering like Wembley Stadium is, We felt like we had a connection with the bands on stage. Sadly lacking at huge venues. Brilliant evening. Staff were helpful and polite. Many thanks.
Great venue. Great location opposite lots of bars and restaurants. Easy getting in. Great view from the balcony. The bars are expensive but we'll stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Would come back here for another concert.
Really great smaller than normal venue. Get the upper floor tickets as its got seating. It gave us a great view of the stage. Parking tip, park in the Chinese quarter and walk over, quick and easy to get out.
